At Upcycle with Jing jewelry, each piece of jewelry is uniquely made to order, crafted only after your purchase. Please allow 5-8 business days for your jewelry to be created and dispatched. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to address any issues. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued for the item's price, excluding shipping fees.

Our jewelry is crafted from eco-friendly materials including recycled plastic bottles sourced from Finland. We also use brass coated with 14K gold or 925 silver, and plastic beads to add variety and elegance to our designs.
