At Upcycle with Jing jewelry, each piece of jewelry is uniquely made to order, crafted only after your purchase. Please allow 5-8 business days for your jewelry to be created and dispatched. If you need your order expedited, consider our fast production service and email us your deadline to accommodate your schedule.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to address any issues. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issued for the item's price, excluding shipping fees.
